Jenison Historical Association presents: Blissveldt Farm and Movie

The Jenison Historical Association discusses the historic Blissvelt farm and shows the Blissveldt Romance movie, a 23-minute melodrama with local Grand Rapids, Michigan actors and locations. Filmed over three days in late August 1915, the production features some local landmarks that are still recognizable nearly one hundred years later.
