Grab and Go Recipe Kit: Speculoos Cookies

Want to try cooking or baking something new but aren't sure where to begin? Pick up a Grab & Go Recipe Kit from the library. Each month will feature a new recipe with the different herbs and spices needed for the dish. The kits are first come, first serve, while supplies last! No registration is required. One kit per person, please.

This month's feature is Speculoos cookies which is a traditional Dutch holiday cookie that are crisp, spiced shortbread biscuits. They are made with a dough flavored with a blend of spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger, and are often stamped with an image, like a windmill or Saint Nicholas

 Kits will be available starting at 10 AM.
