Event Details

This program features Terry Grabill, a recently retired middle school educator, who earned the nickname "Birdman" at age 10.  "A Bird in the Hand: A Michigan Big Year" is the story of a birder's quest to see as many species of Michigan birds as possible in 2021.  His stories will document 365 days, 33,000 miles, and 83 counties of chasing rare birds. This program will be engaging for all ages, children must attend with an adult.
